Shu-Wei Tseng

Shu-Wei Tseng is a celebrated musician known for her exceptional technique and musicality. She has graced the stages of major concert halls across four continents, showcasing her talent as a soloist and chamber musician on both the piano and cello.

With over 25 years of teaching experience in four languages on three continents, she holds esteemed positions at prestigious institutions such as the Royal Institutions across the UK (RCS, RAM, RCM, RWCMD), The Yehudi Menuhin School, and CU Boulder, alongside giving regular lectures/workshops and masterclasses internationally.

Shu-Wei's impressive educational background includes a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from CU Boulder, as well as LRAMs, MMus, and BMus (Hons) from London's Royal Academy of Music on her two instruments, MSc. in Psychology and permanent teacher & leadership licenses (PGCE & NPQSL) from the UK. Her dedication to music education and performance has earned her the title of Global Ambassador of CU Boulder, USA, and a place on the Forever Buffs Advisory Board for three years, starting in June 2024. Since her recent move to New York from London, Shu-Wei has been featured in numerous prestigious events and venues, leaving an indelible mark on the classical music scene.
